    We hope you enjoy your shopping experience with LGG. Your satisfaction is always our first priority. Please feel free to contact us by email at homeoffice@lookinggoodgirl.com We will reply to you within 24-48 hours.

     

    Our Return Policy is as follows:

     

     

    ::Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.

    If your return is accepted, your store credit will be processed and coupon sent to your email.

    • You may return all products within 7 days from the date you receive the item(s) of delivery for exchange |no refunds| The original bag and tag should be intact , not be damaged.

    • Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached.

    • Please include the original order packing slip in your return package.

    • Returns cannot be combined with multiple orders.

    • We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.

    • We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

    • Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

    • For the returned item(s), we will arrange a replacement after we have checked your return tracking number or receipt.

    • Please note the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Shapewear, lingerie, any garments intended to touch your lower intimate areas.

    • Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received. Only send to the address that our customer service provides.

    • No Refunds will be issued back, but we can apply coupon for store credit. 

    • Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

    • Returns will be subject to return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

    • We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost. Unless an error is made by LGG.

    We offer free shipping on all orders over $75 in the U.S.

    We ship using USPS or UPS

    Shipping time is normally 3-8 business days, may be longer due to Covid

     

    *Please note, shipping times do not include the standard 1-2 business day processing time it takes for the order to ship out.

     

    SHIPMENT TRACKING

    You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail

     

    CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS

    Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

     

    Processing time

    Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.

    Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

    Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 1-2 business days.

    Certain products may have longer processing times. These will be noted on the product. Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front. If you wish to cancel your order before the ship date, you may do so by contacting Customer Service Homeoffice@lookinggoodgirlstore.com

    If your order contains pre-order items and available items, please note that your order will be shipped once the pre-order item(s)are received.

    We are not able to split orders and ship available items first. If you wish to purchase pre-order items and available items together, we recommend placing a separate orders for each.

     

    Order cancellations

    We are usually unable to change or cancel an order after you've placed it.

     

    It is possible that your order may be cancelled during high volume periods due to inventory selling out. If your order is cancelled, all charges will be automatically refunded. We recommend trying to place your order again or signing up for our waitlist for the sold out item.

     

    To ensure your security, we take additional steps in verifying the details on your order. If you receive a cancellation notification, please contact Customer Service for more information @ homeoffice@lookinggoodgirl.com

     

    Updating orders

    Orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed as they immediately start processing.

    If you'd like to add another item to your order, please place a new order for the item.

     

    Payment

    Credit Cards

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Payment is taken once your order has been placed

    PayPal

    When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to lookinggoodgirlstore.com.

     

    Taxes

    To the extent that we are required by law to charge and collect taxes on products that we sell, such taxes are charged based on the tax laws applicable to the location to which the order is being shipped or delivered. At checkout, all appropriate taxes will be added to the order total. The tax amount displayed during checkout is an estimate of the tax applicable to your order. This amount may vary slightly from the actual amount of tax payable in connection with your order due to different tax rates which apply as a result of the origin and destination of the item(s) being purchased, as well as other factors.
